Citibank was tasked with integrating the Zelle system into their mobile app as well as their responsive online website. Since we had more flexibility within the online banking application, we worked on creating a simple and intuitive interface which utilized a minimum of clicks to send or request a payment. In addition to more streamlined interface, we worked on the integration of Zelle into Citibank’s mobile banking app. Marketing pages were part of the launch as well, to alert customers to this new service.
